Alcona Health Center (Mobile Unit)
Every 3rd Thursday of the month 9am-6pm.
Alcona Health Center’s team of nurse practitioners, physician assistants and doctors, along with other members of your care team, will work with you to help set goals and help you to achieve your best possible health. We offer acute care for non-life-threatening illness or injury, preventative care including screenings and vaccinations, and care for chronic conditions or diseases, including educational support and referrals to specialists or community resources when needed.
Pied Piper Game Night
Monday nights 6pm-8pm. (Please use Chisholm entrance, closed to the public)
Engaging community event centered around family engagement. The event, designed to foster connections and provide valuable family time. The atmosphere is lively and welcoming, with parents, children, and community members eagerly exploring fun and camaraderie. Families had the opportunity to participate in creative activities, receive information and learn to support children of all ages. The event also served as a platform for families to connect with one another and build a stronger sense of community.
Family Resource Center: Compass North Program
Outreach services are provided for youth 12-24 years old. Providers work directly with youth who have threatened to run away, youth who have run away, are homeless, and are youth with families who are also experiencing homeless episodes or are throwaway youth experiencing any conflict and are in need of protection. If the needs of the youth are not met through crisis intervention, the youth will be referred to Basic Care or Transitional Living Program Services. Call for services: 989-356-4567.
